My name is Liam Dutton, and I have worked supporting people with their needs since 2002. I am originally from Glastonbury and live in Shepton Mallet with my daughter. In my spare time I enjoy walking, cooking, gardening and have an interest in local history. I also volunteer with a group re-purposing abandoned railway tracks around Shepton Mallet into a county-wide multi-user path, and have been a Parent Governor at my daughter’s school since 2019.

Staff

All of our staff are trained to a minimum of the Care Certificate, they are DBS (Disclosure and Baring Service) checked with an Enhanced DBS Certificate prior to employment. This is unlike unregistered services and informal carers.

We obtain a minimum of two references for each member of staff and carry out risk assessments as appropriate. We always seek to employ staff who we consider caring and compassionate people.
